1. Golden Color, Delicate Taste (formerly Grade A Light Amber)
   - This syrup is the lightest in color and has a mild, delicate maple flavor. It is typically harvested early in the sugaring season when the sap is sweeter and lighter in color.
   - Ideal for drizzling over pancakes, waffles, and French toast where a subtle maple flavor is preferred. It is also great for use in dressings, marinades, and beverages where a more subtle maple flavor enhances without overwhelming.

2. Amber Color, Rich Taste (formerly Grade A Medium Amber)
   - Amber syrup is darker and has a more pronounced maple flavor compared to Golden Color. It is collected later in the season as the sap begins to change color and flavor.

3. Dark Color, Robust Taste (formerly Grade A Dark Amber)
