Description
Bring back the classic buckwheat stack. This blend from New Hope Mills turns out pancakes with a nutty, earthy depth and that satisfying rustic crumb—excellent with berries and maple, or topped with soft-scrambled eggs and herbs. Also works beautifully in the waffle iron.

How to Make (quick start)
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle to 375°F (medium). Mix per bag directions, avoiding overmixing. Rest 2–3 minutes; pour; flip when bubbles set and edges look dry.
For waffles, follow the bag’s waffle directions.
